These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, collaborations, registrations, projects and agreements offered by or through LBi Internetmedia and the LBi Creator Hub.
By registering, using the platform or participating in collaborations, the creator automatically agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
- ABOUT LBi CREATOR HUB
LBi Creator Hub is a creator-focused network and platform operated by LBi Internetmedia, designed to connect content creators, UGC creators, influencers, freelancers and social media talents with brands, businesses and projects throughout Europe.
The platform may include:
- access to creator projects
- remote collaborations
- on-site collaborations
- creator networking opportunities
- educational resources
- creator tools and software
- downloadable templates and files
- partner opportunities
- workshops and webinars
- travel-related opportunities
- future expansion programs
- REGISTRATION FEE
To maintain a professional, active and motivated creator network, creators may be asked to pay a one-time registration contribution of €49.
This contribution is:
- NOT a payment for guaranteed work
- NOT a payment to apply for jobs
- NOT a subscription
- NOT a recurring payment
The registration contribution is intended to support:
- platform development
- creator tools and resources
- management of the creator network
- creator support
- future Creator Hub expansion
- creator-related operational costs
- NO ADDITIONAL FEES INSIDE THE HUB
After successful registration and payment of the one-time contribution, creators will not be charged additional fees for standard access to the LBi Creator Hub.
Access to the following may be included free of charge within the ecosystem:
- creator tools
- creator software
- downloadable resources
- networking opportunities
- project access
- creator communication systems
- webinars and educational content
- collaboration opportunities
- selected creator travel opportunities
- selected creator support services
LBi Internetmedia reserves the right to introduce optional premium services, external partner services or physical third-party activities in the future. Participation in such optional services will always remain voluntary.
- NO COMMISSION ON CREATOR FEES
LBi Internetmedia does not charge creators commission fees on standard creator payouts within the LBi Creator Hub ecosystem.
The agreed creator compensation for approved collaborations remains the creator’s compensation unless otherwise clearly agreed in writing beforehand.
- PROJECTS & COLLABORATIONS
LBi Internetmedia cannot guarantee:
- the number of projects
- frequency of collaborations
- project availability
- income levels
- response times from clients
- project approvals
Creators remain independent freelancers and are fully responsible for:
- their own taxes
- invoicing obligations
- legal business requirements
- insurance
- compliance with local laws
- PAYMENTS
Payment terms may vary per collaboration, client or project.
LBi Internetmedia aims to process creator payments as quickly as possible after approval and successful completion of a project.
However, payout timing may depend on:
- client approval
- invoice processing
- project completion
- banking delays
- operational review
- CONTENT RIGHTS
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- creators grant LBi Internetmedia and/or the client permission to use submitted content for commercial and marketing purposes;
- creators confirm they own the rights to the submitted content;
- creators may not use copyrighted material without permission.
- CONDUCT & PROFESSIONALISM
LBi Internetmedia reserves the right to remove, suspend or refuse creators from the platform in cases including but not limited to:
- fraud
- fake followers or engagement manipulation
- abusive behavior
- discrimination
- harassment
- non-delivery of agreed work
- reputational damage to the platform or clients
- PRIVACY
Creators agree that their submitted information may be stored and processed for:
- project matching
- communication
- creator management
- collaboration opportunities
- platform administration
LBi Internetmedia will handle personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
- LIABILITY
LBi Internetmedia is not liable for:
- indirect damages
- loss of income
- failed collaborations
- client decisions
- platform interruptions
- third-party software issues
- travel-related incidents
- external contractor behavior
Participation within the platform and collaborations is entirely at the creator’s own responsibility.
- MODIFICATIONS
LBi Internetmedia reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated versions may be published through the website, Creator Hub or related communication channels.
- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable European and Spanish laws.
Any disputes shall preferably be resolved amicably before legal proceedings are initiated.
