1. What is the LBi Creator Hub?

The LBi Creator Hub is our private creator environment where members gain access to:

  • guides & educational content,

  • networking opportunities,

  • project updates,
  • and future collaborations across Europe.

The Creator Hub is continuously expanding as the platform grows.

2. What kind of companies and projects do you work with?

We mainly work with local businesses, hospitality, hotels, real estate, fashion, lifestyle, beauty, tourism, food concepts and social-media-focused businesses.

Unlike traditional agencies that focus mostly on large international brands, we specifically focus on the huge small and medium-sized business market that increasingly needs short-form video content and social media visibility.

3. What type of content do you expect from creators?

We mainly focus on:

  • TikTok content,
  • Instagram Reels,
  • UGC-style videos,
  • lifestyle content,
  • product showcases,
  • location-based content,
  • behind-the-scenes content,
  • short-form video editing,
  • and modern social media visuals.

Creators receive a lot of creative freedom as long as the content stays professional and fits the client and project.

4. Do I need to live in Valencia to join?

No. You can join from anywhere in Europe.

Many collaborations are fully remote, especially video editing and UGC-style projects. Only specific projects require creators to temporarily travel to Valencia or future European locations.

5. What is included when I work on a project in Valencia?

For selected Valencia-based projects we can arrange:

  • accommodation,
  • airport transfer,
  • local project coordination,
  • and in some cases breakfast or additional support.

You usually only need to arrange your own flight ticket unless otherwise agreed.

6. Can I stay longer in Valencia?

Yes, in selected situations that may be possible.

For creators actively participating in projects or helping expand the network locally, longer stays may be discussed depending on availability, project planning and collaboration potential.

7. How do freelance collaborations work?

Some projects are fully remote while others are location-based.

Creators typically receive:

  • a briefing,
  • project expectations,
  • content requirements,
  • deadlines,
  • and compensation details upfront.

We aim to build long-term collaborations and recurring opportunities whenever possible.

8. How do payments work?

Creators are paid per project after successful delivery and client approval.

Payments are generally handled through bank transfer or Revolut and are usually processed within approximately 8 days after invoicing.

The €49 registration fee is reimbursed together with the payment of the first completed project.

9. How does the selection process work?

Creators first register through the platform and receive access to the LBi Creator Hub.

From there we evaluate creators based on:

  • creativity,
  • reliability,
  • communication,
  • motivation,
  • content quality,
  • availability,
  • and overall fit with future projects and clients.

Follower count is far less important than quality, professionalism and consistency.

10. Do I need a large following to join?

No.

We are not purely looking for influencers with huge audiences. We mainly look for creators who can create high-quality content and work professionally with businesses and projects.

11. How quickly can I receive projects?

This depends on:

  • your content style,
  • portfolio,
  • niche,
  • availability,
  • and the current project demand.

Some creators receive opportunities quickly, while others may take longer depending on project matches.

12. Is LBi Valencia expanding to other cities?

Yes.

LBi Valencia is designed as the starting point of a larger European creator network with future expansion plans into cities such as:
